ABOUT
Hey, I’m Charlie! I’m a transgender stand-up comedian and writer based in Los Angeles.
The slight midwestern vibe you’re picking up on is from the six years I spend in Chicago, where I majored in Comedy Writing and Performance, performed sketch in The Second City’s House Co., and improvised with the iO Harold team Buttermilk.
I perform stand-up around the country in festivals like San Francisco Sketchfest, and locally in Los Angeles at Dynasty Typewriter, UCB, and The Elysian.
In the past, I’ve worked for Funny or Die and written for Slackjaw, Points in Case, Good News, and The Field Museum’s famous fossilized Twitter account, SUE the T. Rex.
Most people recognize me from TikTok, where my work is popular with gay daughters and their exotic pets.
My quaint little humor book, I’m Just a Little Guy: How to Escape the Horrors and Get Back to Dillydallying, is available for pre-order!
